Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Raw screen-analytics events are kept for 30 days and then reduced to daily aggregates (impressions, sessions, controller joins — no personal data). Records of emails we send you are kept for 180 days; support conversations are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your account, organization, projects, uploaded builds and API keys are removed immediately; anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication through Firebase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
Your Rights
You may access and update your account information at any time through the developer portal, and you can delete your account yourself from Account (Delete account) — this permanently removes your data as described above. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data or to ask questions about our privacy practices.
